Room 6 has had a very busy second week.
CATERPILLARS
This week we have some new class members - CATERPILLARS
New boy, Ben, brought lots of caterpillars for the class and a swan plant.
Some were big, some medium sized and some little.
We already have 3 chrysalises.
Here is our plant - Can you see them?
We have even made a class treaty for our caterpillars!
BUDDY CLASS

BUDDY CLASS
On Tuesday we met up with our buddy class after lunch and shared a book and a game with our buddies from Room 17. They are a Year 5/6 class.
For Mrs McLaughlin (Room 17 Teacher) and myself it was inspiring to see all the older children interacting with Room 6.
We hope to meet once a week to share our learning with our buddies.
Check with your child to see if they know their buddy's name.
SWIMMING
WOW - The weather has been very kind to us and the children are very enthusiastic to learn and improve their swimming skills. I am very proud of their efforts.
